Current Customer Profiling

Target your new customers using your current customers as a base source of valuable information

One of the key steps to understanding your target advertsingtarget on back audience is to understand who your current key customers are. If we can study your customers, get into their mindset, study their purchasing patterns & lifestyle behaviors, then we can better deliver an effective message that is geared more toward similar mindsets.

Conducting video interviews with questions that pertain to your clients specifically can cultivate informative insights into your current customers’ minds. Creating surveys and conducting short polls can help aid in the Current Customer Profiling process.

Peppershock would be happy to aid in this pre-advertsing, pre-production analysis. Contact us for an initial one-hour free consult to help in getting your company aligned with your target market.
