YOUR BEST RECRUITING TOOL

liz

In order for any business to succeed it is important to have quality employees and the recruiting of new employees can be a difficult task. An upbeat and interesting recruitment video will help your business create new hype and motivation for your current and future employees. The industry is moving away from the traditional ideas for recruitment videos and moving towards something that is fresh and entertaining. Liz Claiborne Inc created a new recruitment video to fill a variety of positions across many stores throughout the U.S. The video has received about 16,000 hits between their web site and Yahoo Hot Jobs. The idea for a new recruitment video is to show the business in the best light, its exciting aspects, and even the opportunities available for employees. A new video would create excitement amongst potential employees…making your business an exciting place to work for.
