Jack & the Bean Stock project idea

By January 30, 2010blog, Peppermaster
We started painting last weekend to let it dry, finished the project this morning:

We used
-a paper towel roll and half a TP roll for the bean stock,
-tissue paper for leaves, glue
-TP rolls for the castle, stapples & tape
-a shoe box,
-paint: green, blue and black
-construction paper for the house & castle windows, door and flag and for Jack
– a Pipe cleaner for the flag pole,
-stuffing for the clouds, glue
-string for Jack to “climb” the bean stock
-markers to draw Jack

Now after lunch we’re heading over to the Nampa Public Library to check out the book so they get the full Fe Fi Fo Fum story!

We also get to take a bunch of blankets, towels, two tents and a few other things over to Mission Aviation near the Nampa airport to help load the relief container headed over to Haiti on Feb. 1st.

Happy Saturday! 🙂
