Bio: Rhea Allen, President/CEO and Co-Founder of Peppershock Media (est. 2003), is known for her story-telling passion and extreme diligence in obtaining effective media campaign results by planning and crafting relevant and compelling messaging. Also an in-demand integrative marketing consultant, national presenter, adjunct marketing professor at Boise State University, keynote speaker, and the host of a popular podcast that ranks in the top 10% globally. Rhea emphasizes team building and creating a culture that empowers her team to produce superb work for their clients, time and time again. You might say that she facilitates her clients and crew through the creative process, but what she really does is have fun! Rhea has over 20 years of experience in the industry, including a television news & promotions background in the Treasure Valley, as well as experience working in the top-12 market in Seattle. She provides investigative, documentary, testimonial and “edutainment” style to her celebrated work, and has performed professional marketing and creative production services all over the world. Bio: Yuki Graviet grew up working in her family’s small manufacturing business in Emmett, ID. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, she began her career in the startup scene in San Francisco. She left to start her own life coaching practice, and her love for people and learning eventually led her to the Meridian Library District. Today, she works as the Business Liaison Librarian for the unBound business & tech location. Yuki is passionate about helping local business owners and entrepreneurs navigate resources that will help them thrive in Idaho’s rapidly changing economy.

Bio: Kim works closely with small businesses assessing their online presence and working with them to improve and grow that into hard ROI. She also teaches a variety of classes, administers the training program and speaks at events. She has a passion for small business, online marketing, social media and technology.
In the evenings, she spends her time doing creating art in a variety of mediums: paint, theater, book, fabric, etc.
Tracey Stone Mooney, Paul Davis Restoration of Idaho
Topic Title: Top 5 Marketing Tips from a Small Business Brand Ambassador
Bio: Tracey Stone Mooney Biography Tracey Stone Mooney is the Relationship Development Director for Paul Davis Restoration of Idaho. She has an extensive background in marketing, recruitment, public relations, and event planning. Tracey began her career in the government sector of public health protection and implementation in Washington State, has a strong history in retail sales and management, and has owned her own business. She is an active community volunteer with the St Alphonsus Foundation, Buy Idaho, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Boise and Meridian Chambers of Commerce. Tracey is originally from Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington. She has lived in several different states across the country and now makes Idaho her home. She and her guy, Bill, love their cabin in the woods and hiking with their Labrador, Rita.
